LEGAL STUFF: AGREEMENT, and TERMS OF SERVICE. DISCLAIMER: Payments will be made as credits, through IMVU, or as cash, through a PAY-PAL transaction. There will be a non-refundable portion of (10,000cr or $4.00), once the service has been setup for your account. Beyond that, there will be a 30 day return policy for the remaining balance. After 30 days, your return will be subject to further reduction, based on your unused time. There will be a delay of a 7 days, for you to make late payment arrangements. Cancellation of an account, will not remove your data from the servers. Canceled accounts, due to late payment, will be locked-out for 23 days, until payment is made. After the total 30 day period of non-payment, your data will be removed from the server, and any purchased names from the "Free Domain Name", will become property of this host, until they expire. Your free domain name will be used by this host, until it expires or until we stop renewing it. You may continue to use your name, if you come back, once all prior debits are paid in full, and an advance of six months is paid for your reinstated account. (You may purchase your ability to obtain your free domain name, by paying this host $20.00usd, to release the name back to the public. We do not do transfers, we simply release ownership.) We will not be held responsible for any illegal activity on these servers. Excessive bandwidth use, excessive CPU use, illegal hosted files, open-ended data-relays, and pages with codes that exploit this server or users, will be immediately canceled. Accounts that are canceled due to illegal activity, will not be eligible for any refunds, and may even be pursued for legal breach of contract. All identifying information about your account, and activity here, will be freely handed over to any law agency that has clearly identified themselves, with a proper warrant. NOTICE: The IMVU GATEWAY API requires PHP security knowledge. I will assist, where possible. For a "Credit Reseller", you need an SSL connection, a dedicated IP, and a SECURITY CERTIFICATE.
